Record Fair @ Nieuwe Groenmarkt
What would a vinyl festival be without an actual record fair? For two days, we will join forces with Record Planet, Europe's leading organization for vinyl gatherings, to satisfy vinyl lovers and crate diggers with endless browsing opportunities.

Boudewijn de Groot - My Life in 10 Records (sold-out, no more reservations possible)
During this live podcast,, legendary Dutch singer/songwriter Boudewijn de Groot will have an in depth conversation with renowned music journalist Menno Pot (De Volkskrant) about the records that made him who he is today. Be sure to reserve your spot soon as there is limited availability to attend this special occasion. Including 'Bring your own record' afterparty!

Colleen Cosmo” Murphy is a legendary vinyl based collector and international DJ, celebrating her 35 year year touring the world and playing on some of the world's best sound systems this year. She is the founder of Classic Album Sundays, the world's leading album listening event and an authority on music, sound and the vinyl renaissance. On Friday September 29 she will play a special opening set at the beautiful scenery of the Jopenkerk.

PHIL Café
Come down to the PHIL Café from Friday through till Sunday to enjoy live music from Oliver Pesch, Lorrèn, former Conservatorium Haarlem students PYN, Rose Marin and Shaian and DJ sets from the likes of DJ Guzz, Ed Rock, Daan Modern and Phil Horneman amongst others.

Highland Park Presents: A Wild Harmony
Does a record get better with age? Let's discuss! In the early afternoon of the Saturday at Haarlem Vinyl Festival we invite vinyl enthusiast to pick records using Highland Park's 18, 15 en 12 years old whiskys as a guideline to discuss the details and fine craftmanship of the recording. Host: Cristel Ball with Cas Hieltjes (Go Back to the Zoo - A Spiral Walk - 4B2M), Dirk Megens - (Little Shop of Hoarders),Floor van het Nederend (illustrator) and
Kim Tuin (Het Hem).

Pletterij x Haarlem Vinyl Festival - Wilfried de Jong: Jazz met Schwung
Theater and television maker, writer and presenter Wilfried de Jong comes to Haarlem especially to share his love for vinyl and jazz with us. This program is put together and presented by De Jong himself. He also brings along star guitarist Cok van Vuuren.  Admission is free, but reservations must be made in advance, via the Pletterij website

Vinyl History: The Telefunken Machine & Other Vinyl Paraphernalia @ Molen de Adriaan
On a location (Mill the Adriaan 1779) older than the gramophone itself (invented in 1887) you can admire record players and other paraphernalia from back in the days. Rinus Blijleven from the association de Weergever (a group of 78-RPM collectors) will even bring his Berliner Gramophone player including Nipper. Audio Archeologist Tim de Wolf will demonstrate direct-to-disc recording on his 78-RPM Telefunken cutting machine, supported by Marco van der Hoeven, a collector of unique microphones. Feel free to bring your instrument and your best singing voice, it might get caught in the groove!

Andy Warhol: Bananas, Zippers And His Mother

Exhibition 'Because' vinyl day - The Beatles by Jaco van der Steen
Jaco van der Steen will be performing some of the Beatles' most famous songs of their record Abbey Road and more, during the final day of the exhibition 'Because' at De Vishal.

Instores and signing sessions at Sounds and North End
Sounds Haarlem and North End have special signing sessions and instore performances lined-up from the likes of YIN YIN, INHALO, Irrational Library and much more. Keep an eye on their social channels for the latest updates. Wristband holders get a 10% discount on their records throughout the weekend.

Jopenkerk
The Jopenkerk is one of the festival hubs this weekend, and the best thing is: you won't need a ticket! In line with the (J)open character, there will be no entrance fee for the whole weekend. We have curated a program that includes a wide range of styles, from new wave to punk, from electronic to hip-hop, funk, and soul. Besides the music program, you will be able to enjoy a wide range of activities for all generations, including album cover drawing for kids, a theater show, live screen printing, and the Haarlem Vinyl Festival bingo on Sunday afternoon! Needless to say, there will be loads of craft beer options and plenty of lunch, bites, and dinner options, with some nice deals for Vinyl Culture and Weekend Pass ticket holders.
