Jenn D'Eugenio, Founder and President of the nonprofit Women in Vinyl, has navigated her career from designing for Fortune 500 fashion companies to career advising at one of the top design universities in the United States, to finally discovering a dream career she never knew existed at record pressing plants. 

During this conversation she will delve into her new book, Women in Vinyl: The Art of Making Vinyl. This book serves as a comprehensive guide to careers in the industry, emphasizing empowerment, diversity, and inclusion. It aims to demystify the vinyl community while highlighting the crucial contributions of women and minority groups.
