Most vendors at the market prefer cash, so it's a good idea to bring some if you're looking to discover that hidden gem. The Record Fair itself at Nieuwe Groenmarkt is free of charge and open from 10 AM to 5 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
Plan your route
The Haarlem Vinyl Festival encompasses more than 25 locations, so it makes sense to plan your route in advance. Take the art and culture tour to get a taste of vinyl culture during the day, catch an in-store performance at a local record store. Most venues are within walking distance, but it also makes sense to rent a bike, such as an OV-fiets. But first, delve into the program!
Sort out your tickets and travel
The Haarlem Vinyl Festival offers multiple ticket options: you can purchase your preferred concert or event ticket for a performance at a specific location (for example, Patronaat or PHIL). If you're interested in Q&A sessions, signings, listening sessions, and more at PHIL, consider getting a day ticket (€15) or a three-day vinyl culture ticket (€37.50). Want the full experience? Go for the Weekend Pass (€250). There's also plenty of free programming to enjoy, including multiple expos and events at Jopenkerk!
