Digster Presents: The Crate Digger Challenge
On the Saturday morning of the Haarlem Vinyl Festival, host Melanie Lentz invites four lucky visitors to spend €100 on records at the outdoor Record Fair with the goal of finding those hidden gems that will complete their collection. The participants will receive an assignment to find three records, keeping the budget in mind as they scour the market. Afterward, they will showcase their new purchases in front of a live audience. Will they make a profit? Did they buy cheap and cheesy pressings that are nearly worthless? Did one of them find a gem worth 500 euros? And how did they select their records?
