Stuck in Haarlem? How to Kickstart Your Business Idea

Got a business idea but not sure how to get it off the ground? Join this interactive session with Jorien Stoop and cultural entrepreneur Aldo Bruining for practical advice, fresh perspectives and a push to turn ideas into action.

As part of the Inholland Friday Program at PHIL, this session is designed for students and aspiring entrepreneurs who want to take the next step with an idea, project or business plan.

Community builder and entrepreneur Jorien Stoop works with entrepreneurs, social organisations and educational institutions to build strong communities and turn shared ambitions into concrete action. Through Community Growth Collective, she combines her background in entrepreneurship with a focus on connection, creativity and social impact. She is also closely involved in initiatives including Broedplaats Ratata and Kennemer Impact, contributing to Haarlem’s cultural and entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Together with Aldo Bruining, cultural entrepreneur behind Dood Gaan We Allemaal, Jorien will share experience and advice on topics such as getting started, finding support and funding, building the right network and moving from an initial idea towards something tangible.

Rather than a formal lecture, expect an interactive session with room for questions, discussion and your own ideas.
