Book and painting ‘Family Astonishment’ covers the life of the author between the years 2002-2009, with a central theme

Earlier this year, ‘Gezinsverbijstering’, the twentieth album by Meindert Talma, was released. It is also his fifth autobiographical book-record-combo, which is why the musician will be performing at Patronaat during Haarlem Vinyl Festival on Sunday, September 28.

The book and record ‘Gezinsverbijstering’ covers the author's life between the years 2002-2009, with Meindert's love adventures in the city of Groningen as the central theme, leading to his first experience of living together and the birth of his daughter in the Groningen countryside. An evening not to be missed.
