Guided Tour Record Industry
One of the most popular features of the festival program, and the reason Haarlem calls itself the vinyl capital of the world. Record Industry is the largest vinyl pressing plant in Europe, and on Friday you can walk through it and see how a record is actually made. A limited number of tickets is available, so this is not one to leave until the last minute.

Crate Digging Experience by VinylFarm.EU
An unopened stock of records arrives in the PHIL hall on Saturday and nobody has seen what is inside, not even the people from VinylFarm.EU. Book a ten-minute slot, dig through the covers one at a time and take one LP home.

Zwarte Liefde Container: Wax Wisdom & The Art of Turntablism
The container at the Grote Markt Record Fair is not only DJ sets. DNS, Welly Well, Setiono and ND give two masterclasses during the day. Wax Wisdom covers the basics of DJing with vinyl, from cueing and beatmatching to smooth transitions, while The Art of Turntablism goes into scratches, cuts, tricks and other creative techniques. Free, outdoors and no booking needed, so you can simply walk up.

Tell Us Your Find at the Funky Vinyl Stage
The most low-effort way to take part all weekend. Funky Vinyl DJ Meneer Heerens hosts a full day of Haarlem DJs and local music initiatives at the fair, and between tracks visitors get picked out of the crowd after buying a record and invited to tell the story behind their latest find. The stage also links up live with Haarlem105.

DJ Workshops with DJ DNS
Hands-on vinyl DJ workshops with DJ DNS and De Haarlemse DJ School at Het Huis van Funky Vinyl, running both Saturday and Sunday. No experience needed, just a willingness to put your hand on a record while it is moving.

Vinyl Art and Turntablism at Flinty's Vinyl Fest
Flinty's gives all of Saturday to vinyl. In the afternoon you can make art out of old records, and at 16:00 DrQ takes over the stage room for a turntablism workshop. A meal is served for a small fee before the evening program starts, so you can stay on for hardcore punk, black speed metal and the Haarlem Hardcore DJ Team.

Open Decks presented by Baba Exotica
The one where you are the program. Open Decks is a low-threshold concept, meaning anyone can come and play vinyl for an audience on professional gear: two Technics SL-1200s, a good DJ mixer and proper sound in a lovely place. Pack the records you always wanted to hear out loud.
